This Shipping & Returns Policy describes how nod-oko (the “Site”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles shipping, delivery, returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases made through our website (the “Site”).

By placing an order through our Services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

DELIVERY TIMES

All orders are dispatched from Lithuania.

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times (after dispatch)

Lithuania — 1–4 business days (Omniva / LP Express / DPD)

Europe — 7–10 business days (Lietuvos paštas)

United Kingdom — 7–10 business days (Lietuvos paštas)

United States / Canada — 10–15 business days (Lietuvos paštas)

Rest of the World — 10–15 business days (Lietuvos paštas)

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, public holidays, and local courier services.

Production time for made-to-order, custom-made, or personalised pieces is not included in the shipping timeframe.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

All international orders are shipped from Lithuania.

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and customs clearance fees. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

We are unable to estimate or control these charges, as they vary depending on the destination country.

By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any applicable customs fees required for delivery.

If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

For additional information, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

Because many of our pieces are produced individually or in limited quantities, we encourage careful consideration before purchasing.

Return Conditions

Returned items must:

  • be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • be in original condition

  • have all original tags attached

  • be returned in original packaging

  • be shipped back within 14 days from the delivery date

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • custom-made or personalised items

  • made-to-order pieces once production has started

  • sale items

RETURN PROCESS

To request a return, please contact:

Please include:

  • your order number

  • the item(s) you wish to return

  • the reason for return

Once your request is approved, return instructions will be provided.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

REFUNDS

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please note:

  • original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable

  • for returns outside the EU, any customs or clearance fees incurred will be deducted from the refund amount

Refunds are processed only after the returned item passes inspection.

EXCHANGES

Size exchanges may be requested depending on product availability.

If the requested size is available, we will assist with the exchange process.

Exchange shipping arrangements are handled individually through customer service.

DELIVERY FAILURE

Please ensure that your shipping address, billing details, and contact information are entered correctly at checkout.

Once an order has been dispatched, shipments cannot be redirected or modified.

If a parcel cannot be delivered after multiple attempts, the courier may leave instructions for collection or redelivery.

If a package is returned due to incorrect address details, failure to collect, or refusal to pay customs charges, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Additional shipping fees for resending the parcel may apply.
